Creativity is contagious
We founded the annual internship programme Idea Academy, in order to strengthen the creative agency brand among young and dareful advertising professionals and university graduates. Each year only 5 best candidates were selected to participate in the month-long programme with real clients and challenges and first-hand mentorship. As a result of the programme, there was someone hired by the agency every year. Not to mention the local advertising awards and successfully accomplished client pitching missions.
