Digital Guerrilla Campaign on AirBnB
For many years there has been a major lack of ICT specialists in Estonia. However, our neighbouring country Finland has been home to thousands of world-class ICT experts. Almost two million Finns visit Estonia every year but usually stay for one night only. We wanted them to stay longer and come to work here.
We knew that young and tech-savvy Finns preferred Airbnb to traditional hotel booking sites for booking rooms. And this gave us an idea: instead of simply offering them a room to rent, we made it possible to book a job on Airbnb.
